\u201cWhen somebody calls us, we don’t know whether it’s about ice cream or whether somebody is having the worst night of their life.\u201d<\/p>\n
Tyler was completely silent.<\/p>\n
That was rare enough to qualify as its own emergency.<\/p>\n
