The flight attendant looked at the screen.<\/p>\n
It wasn’t a prank.<\/p>\n
It wasn’t anything offensive.<\/p>\n
It was simply a photo.<\/p>\n
A picture of me holding my newborn son in the hospital.<\/p>\n
Beside us was my husband, smiling weakly from his hospital bed.<\/p>\n
Below the photo, Louise had typed one sentence in large letters:<\/p>\n
“My daddy died four weeks ago. My baby brother only has one parent left.
