The San Francisco Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has now confirmed that her death was ruled an accident, caused by the toxic effects of cocaine. Dispatch audio from the time described it as an overdose with \u201ccolor change,\u201d which refers to cyanosis\u2014a bluish tint to the skin from low oxygen levels, often tied to heart or breathing complications in cases like this.<\/p>\n

Victoria had some tough times in recent years, including arrests linked to drugs, and her father had even pursued a temporary conservatorship in 2023 to help protect her, though it was later ended. She dipped into acting as a younger person, with small parts in things like Men in Black II, The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada, and the TV series One Tree Hill.<\/p>\n
