A police officer stops a minivan full of elderly ladies being driven by an old gentleman because they\u2019re only going 25 mph, stopping the mid-day traffic.
\nThe policeman asks the driver why is he going so slow.<\/p>\n
\u201cWell that\u2019s the speed limit, isn\u2019t it! There was a sign saying 25 and everything!\u201d the driver defends himself.<\/p>\n
The policeman sighs, \u201cNo, sir, that\u2019s the number of the highway you\u2019re on. It has nothing to do with the speed limit.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cOh, so that\u2019s what it means\u2026\u201d says the driver, looking shocked.<\/p>\n
The officer looks at the rest of the van and notices the grannies are looking somewhat frozen and stiff.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat\u2019s up with the ladies?\u201d he asks the driver.<\/p>\n
\u201cUm\u2026\u201d the driver scratches his head, \u201cyou see, we just got off highway 150\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n
A blonde gets a job painting lines on the highway.
\nAt the end of the first day, her supervisor is impressed. \u201cWow!\u201d he says. \u201cYou did eight miles today! That\u2019s amazing!\u201d<\/p>\n
The second day, the blonde\u2019s production is down to four miles. \u201cStill pretty darn good,\u201d the supervisor says.<\/p>\n
On the third day, the blonde only does two miles. The supervisor calls her into the office.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat\u2019s going on?\u201d he asks. \u201cThe first day you did great with eight miles, then yesterday you were down to four, and today you only managed two. What\u2019s the problem?\u201d<\/p>\n
The blonde rolls her eyes and says \u201cDuh! The paint bucket keeps getting farther away!\u201d<\/p>\n
A woman was driving with her husband when was pulled over by the police.
\nWoman was in a hurry and told the officer so.<\/p>\n
\u201cI understand ma\u2019am,\u201d he said. \u201cBut I have to ticket anyone over 55.\u201d<\/p>\n
Woman was beside herself. \u201cThat\u2019s dis.crimination!\u201d she shouted.<\/p>\n
