The farmer shrugs. \u201cWell, I guess they\u2019ll just have to wait.\u201d<\/p>\n

He had a large pond in the back, fixed up nicely: Picnic tables, horseshoe courts, a volleyball court, and some fruit trees.<\/p>\n
The pond was properly shaped and fixed up for swimming.<\/p>\n
One evening the old farmer decided to go down to the pond and look it over, as he hadn\u2019t been there in a while.<\/p>\n
He grabbed a five-gallon bucket to bring back some fruit.<\/p>\n
As he neared the pond, he heard voices shouting and laughing with glee.<\/p>\n
As he came closer, he saw it was a bunch of young women skinny-dipping in his pond.<\/p>\n
He made the women aware of his presence and they all went to the deep end.<\/p>\n
One of the women shouted to him, \u201cWe\u2019re not coming out until you leave!\u201d<\/p>\n
The old man frowned, \u201cI didn\u2019t come down here to watch you ladies swim or make you get out of the pond.\u201d<\/p>\n
Holding the bucket up he said,\u00a0\u201cI\u2019m here to feed the alligator.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n Farmer: \u201cNot bunch, herd.\u201d<\/p>\n Camper: \u201cHeard what?\u201d<\/p>\n Farmer: \u201cOf cows.\u201d<\/p>\n Camper: \u201cSure I\u2019ve heard of cows.\u201d<\/p>\n Farmer: \u201cNo, I mean a cowherd.\u201d<\/p>\n Camper: \u201cSo what?
